Here you'll find spectacular views of Mount Blanca, where the skies of our southern Rockies are always blue. You'll find a safe and quiet tenting area in a grassy meadow, surrounded by tall shade trees. Walk or bike along a paved path to the Community Center's indoor olympic-sized swimming pool, with hot tub, weights, sauna and new basketball court.

Only 2 minutes to the Civil War Fort Garland Museum; 20 minutes to the trailhead of 14,345' high Mt. Blanca. Great local restaurants, antiques, Native American treasures. 20 minutes south to the oldest town in Colorado and the Stations of the Cross shrine in San Luis. 30 minutes to the spectacular Great Sand Dunes National Park. Connect from here to the Cumbres Toltec Scenic Narrow Gauge Railroad, just an hour away. Enjoy great dining in Fort Garland before heading south to Taos, New Mexico, just 1-1/2 hours away.
